Test-Comp 250 from Unigen is an androgenic anabolic steroid with a long-acting effect. The product is based on a testosterone blend. Release form – liquid for injection in 10 ml vials (dosage – 250).
The composition of the Test-Comp 250 Unigen blend includes four testosterone esters: phenylpropionate, isocaproate, propionate, decanoate. Due to the gradual disclosure of each part, when it enters the body, a lasting action of the product takes place. Although regular injections are not necessary, the athlete’s hormone levels are guaranteed to remain at the same high level for a long time.
The oily base of the main active ingredient guarantees the impossibility of dissolving it in water and keeping it in accumulation of fat until the product is completely eliminated from the body.
Test-Comp 250 Unigen effects
- build muscle volume in a short time through increased protein synthesis;
- prevent the destruction of muscle fibers due to the suppression of cortisol production (anti-catabolic effect);
- greater resistance thanks to the better production of red blood cells, which are oxygen carriers for the tissues;
- increase a healthy appetite for optimal muscle growth without the risk of overall waste;
- stabilization of the phosphorus and nitrogen balance;
- increased libido and sexual desire during your period.
The negative effects that occur against the background of the administration of the steroid include androgenic reactions.
Sustanon is composed of four testosterone esters (propionate, phenylpropionate, isocapronate and decanoate).
Testosterone is the main male sex hormone synthesized and secreted by the testes. Stimulates the growth and development of male sex organs and secondary sex characteristics (maturation of the prostate, seminal vesicles, penis and scrotum, distribution of male hair on the face, pubis, chest), development of the larynx, body muscles and fat distribution . It maintains nitrogen, sodium, potassium and phosphorus, improves anabolism and reduces protein catabolism. A premature increase in the concentration of testosterone in the blood plasma in the period before puberty causes the pineal gland to close and growth arrested. It stimulates the production of erythropoietin and erythrocytes. Through the mechanism of negative feedback (feedback), it inhibits the secretion of luteinizing and follicle-stimulating hormones from the pituitary gland and inhibits spermatogenesis.
In women, it inhibits the gonadotropic function of the pituitary gland, the function of the ovaries and mammary glands, and causes endometrial atrophy. The antagonistic action of estrogen is used in the treatment of uterine fibroids, endometriosis, breast cancer. It shows a beneficial effect on ailments of the climacteric period.
The testosterone esters included in the preparation have different rates of absorption and excretion, which provides a quick and lasting effect (up to 4 weeks) after a single injection: testosterone propionate acts during the first day, the effect of testosterone phenylpropionate and isocapronate starts 24 hours after injection and continues for up to 2 weeks Testosterone decanoate starts working later, but lasts longer. In the blood, nearly 98% of testosterone binds to a specific globulin fraction that binds testosterone and estradiol. Biotransformation occurs in the liver into various 17-ketosteroids, which are excreted in the urine after conjugation with glucuronic or sulfuric acid (approximately 90%). About 6% of the absorbed drug is excreted unbound in the faeces.
In men – androgenic insufficiency after castration, eunucoidism, hypopituitarism, impotence of hormonal origin, symptoms of male menopause (decreased libido, mental and physical activity), some forms of infertility with reduced spermatogenesis, osteoporosis caused by androgenic insufficiency; in women – hyperestrogenism; fibroids; endometriosis; breast cancer; osteoporosis.
Method of application
The recommended course of Test-Comp 250 is 3 to 4 weeks. However, the duration and dosage of drugs must be determined based on the athlete’s physiological characteristics, his experience of using steroids and some other factors. The testosterone ester blend reaches its maximum concentration in the blood after approximately 15 days.
The dosage of the steroids ranges from 250 to 750 milligrams per week and injections are performed very rarely, once or twice every two weeks.
Test-Comp 250 is not recommended for women.
